Congratulations to Georgie Didcock who received her Coaches Player of the Season award tonight at the Berkshire Junior Netball awards evening from England & Surrey Storm player, Sophia Candappa.
We would like to give ALL players the award as this first season has been TOUGH but coaches chose Georgie.
Georgie has emerged as not only a leader but a tenacious defender on court.
She has grown in skill & in confidence week on week.
She is starting to read the game well, absorbs information and possesses a relentless desire to hunt down any loose ball going.
She is a tough character on court but is an incredibly empathetic person and enthuses her teammates all the way through a game regardless of the result.
She will play anywhere for us and her game sense really shows through whatever bib she takes.
