Twisters took on Bumblebee’s on Wednesday and it was their first game back after christmas.
The game was pretty much even throughout but they managed to pull ahead in most quarters. Polly Cornish really helped us out by playing WA as she fed some great balls into the shooting circle so thank you for coming along. The defence worked really well together against some very tall shooters and the centre court players also improved throughout the game. It was one of the first games where there was hardly any or even no footwork call outs and you really started to see our competitive side. We really wanted that win as we lost to Bumblebee’s by 1 goal last time we played.
So I’m very happy to say that we won with the final score being 33-30. Well done everyone. It was a great game, with good attitudes and fantastic team work.
