Terms & Conditions:

Changes to your booking

1. Changes to your booking can be made up to 7 days prior to the initial start date, as detailed in your booking.
2. If you wish to make any changes less than 7 days prior to the initial start date, as detailed in your booking, we reserve the right to charge you up to a £10 administration fee.
3. Any requested changes are subject to availability and acceptance by Laurel Park Juniors.
4. If you wish to make any changes to your booking, please contact us via email on juniors@laurelparknetball.co.uk. Any changes will only be accepted and made once you have received confirmation.

Cancellations

1. If you wish to cancel a booking up to 14 days prior to the initial start date of your booking, Laurel Park Junior Netball Club will refund all monies for the dates you wish to cancel. Please allow 5 working days to process refunds.
2. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the initial start date of your booking, you will not be entitled to a refund. Laurel Park Junior Netball Club will instead place a credit for use against future bookings.
3. Laurel Park Junior Netball Club reserves the right to cancel sessions in advance due to low registration numbers, forecast adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. If this does occur we will offer alternative arrangements that might include an alternative activity, date or venue. Should these alternative arrangements not be appropriate a full refund will be given. 

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

You will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms which will prevail over any other terms put forward by Laurel Park Junior Netball Club at the time you make a booking. The application of these terms will commence on the date of your booking.
