Laurel Park senior netballers were treated to a fantastic coached session from England & Superleague player Sasha Corbin last night as a half season motivator!
Out came the CrazyCatches and festive hats and players enjoyed a really informative & fun 2 hour session focussing on ball control and turning outward from defenders. A really well earned and inspirational training session …….. all fired up for 2016 !
