LP Twisters had their 2nd ever league in Maidenhead against Allsorts. It was a slow start but with fantastic interceptions from Prevashnee Naidoo (GD) they were only 2 goals ahead. As the game went along the defensive team work with (GK) Kiran Mulvaney was great and the passing in the centre court started to improve. In the 3rd quarter we stepped it up and were able to move the ball down into the attacking third more and feeds were more accurate thanks to Lisa Castle (C), Edna Corrigan (WD) and Sandrine Harris (WA)
Finally in the 4th quarter with some good movement in the circle and team work between Bethany Holland (GS) and Shelli Read (GA) we managed to win 12-10 (I think) very proud of us all.
