Solid first game back, despite losing our GA (Dale Bonnie) at the eleventh hour – thank you to the injured Lisa Wise for stepping in as GS! Excellent movement in the circle from both Lisa and GA (Lucy Cousins) followed by accurate shooting. Fantastic defence from GK(Hannah Edmond) (again thanks for stepping in) and GD (Abbi Price) – you guys made it look easy! Centre court players WA (Debbie Horn), WD(Charlotte McDonough) and C (Clare Barbour) hadn’t played together before but gelled together towards the end of the match, with great feeds from Debbie and awesome interceptions from Charlotte.
