LP Storm took on top of the table Athena in wet and windy conditions.
Athena started strong and pulled away as expected as we struggled a little with our placing on court, post xmas fitness and morning match fatigue 😳😳😳
They played a consistently strong game, however we capitalised on some great turnovers making some great interceptions at both ends & had a particularly strong 4th qtr scoring the most goals of the match and managed to pull it back to finish the match 35:23 to Athena!
